| Aug 8 | Ben slept thru the night! He slept until 6am. |
| Aug 9 | Ben slept thru the night AGAIN! But this time it's bitter sweet. For part of my birthday present, Danny was going to get up with Ben for me so I could sleep all night long and even sleep in (until it's time to get up and get ready for church.) Well, wouldn't you know it.. Ben slept the whole night! This hardly seems fare and I think he should get up with him the next night! ha! ha!
Also for my birthday, Danny smoked a yummy brisket. I stayed in my PJ's all day long! Danny did laundry and cooked and cleaned... it was heaven! :) |
| Aug 12 | Again, short lived! :) Ben woke up at 3am. I really think it has something to do with Danny waking him up with his work schedule. On weekends, if Danny goes to bed when I do, Ben sleeps thru the night. But he he goes to bed later, or when he gets home from work, Ben is up right after Danny hits the pillow. So we have to figure out what it is exactly that is waking him up so mommy can sleep thru the night! ha! :)
Also, today Ben ate 8 ounces of milk this morning. He was eating 4 oz every 3 hours or so and then the last couple days he's been drinking 6 oz every 4 hours and now... maybe he'll be jumping up to 8? He must be having a growth spirt or something maybe. AND, he is always smiling and cooing. It's absolutely ADORABLE!! Well, there have been a couple times within the last week where he actually giggles! And it kind of shocks him when he does it. It's beyond adorable!!! We just have an adorabley cute and happy, healthy baby. We are super blessed!!! |
