| Nov. 3 | We had a garage sale to sell off some of the extra furniture. It was pretty much a miserable day, and not a lot of customers. It was really cold, and by the time it was all over (closed down around 4pm) I was exhausted. I felt like I had run the marathon. I was in bed by 6:45pm, and asleep by 6:50! :) Note to self (and anyone reading) "Do not have a garage sale while pregnant." You need more energy for this! ha! |

We're in week 13!!! The baby is looking more like a baby now! It's pretty cool to think that there is a little bitty tiny person inside my stomach. I wish there could be a little flap that we could open and see the baby when we wanted to. Kangaroos are very lucky! :) |

I forgot how emotional you get when pregnant. I could just cry at the drop of a hat these days. Commercials, music, whatever! ha! Again... big cry baby. We went to a new WalMart in the area and I was very excited because I was going to look for some maternity jeans, which I have been wanting to get for a couple weeks but haven't been able to for one reason or another. So the day was finally here! I would get some jeans! So we get there, walk directly to the women's clothes and I asked the lady where the maternity clothes were. "We don't have any in stock at this store yet." I said thank you. Walked away.. CRYING! ugh. I'm such an idiot. |

We went to our doctor's appointment and everything was great! We got to hear the heartbeat again. (160 per minute) And the cool thing is, while she was checking the heartbeat, the baby kicked and we heard it. I didn't feel it, but we heard it. It's cool to know he/she's in there swimming around and having fun! :) When I was pregnant with Steffan, we didn't get to hear the heartbeat every visit. I only heard his heartbeat during ultrasounds. Which reminds me, when I go in for my next visit (Dec.11), we will make an appointment for an ultrasound. Then we'll get to see what sex the baby is! :) Can't wait! |

Ok... I know it might be a little early... but I swear I'm feeling the baby moving around the last couple days!! It isn't constant or anything. The last few days I've been like, is that the baby? But it's been going on several times today! So much that it's making me stop what I'm doing! This is so groovy!!!! |
| Nov. 16 | I really have a feeling I’m having a girl. With steffan, when I started showing, it was all towards the bottom of my stomach. But with this one… it’s way up top and bottom. It’s weird! |

I had to wear my summer Capri pants to church yesterday because my belly is getting too large!! I was wearing a maternity top (my chest area is out of control!!) and Danny walked by the bathroom (as I was standing curling my hair) and he was like just staring at me. And I was like, “whassup?” and he smiled really big and said, “You’re pregnant!” LOL! I was like… yeah… I know! There is no denying it now!! My friend, Alison, wrote me this morning and told me that Old Navy has maternity clothes! So I went online and they have some cute stuff. Unfortunately, our store here in Springfield doesn't have maternity clothes, so I'd have to order everything online. I can't do that with the pants, but I should be able to do it with the tops! :) Thanks Alison!! ps.. I've had a headache since Sunday. It hasn't gotten so bad that I have to lay down. I think it's more sinus than anything.. I hope! I took somebody's advice and took 2 tsp of hot sauce. I know! But desperate times call for drastic measures! It seemed to work for about 30 minutes. But I'm not willing to do it again! ha! |
| Nov. 20 | My mom and I went to get our hair cut together today. She bought me lunch and then took me shopping for maternity clothes!! I now have pants!!!!! 4 pair!! I'm so excited!! Now I just have to get them hemmed for my short squatty legs! :) Thank you mom!!!! :) |
| Nov. 21 | My seamstress was able to hem all 4 pair of pants for me and got them all back to me this afternoon!! Now I get to wear comfy, and nice looking pants for Thanksgiving! :) |
| Nov. 22 | THANKSGIVING DAY! You know how I said I've been feeling flutter movement? Well, today, I'm making green beans and all of a sudden I felt GIANT flutter movement! Danny was in the kitchen with me when it happened. I can't wait until the movement is so strong that Danny & Steffan can feel it too! We went to my aunts house for Thanksgiving dinner. There was about 20 of us there. It's always great being with family. When I walked in, my grandma looked at my belly and said, "You're huge!" I was like.. um.. thanks? The thing is.. I haven't gained any weight at all. I know that sounds bad, but I've been eating a lot more healthy and not even in the mood for a lot of junk. So the baby is getting really good nutrients! :) By the way, I'm now 15 weeks! |
| Nov. 23 | BLACK FRIDAY! Well, this day was sort of a bust for me. I usually get up early and go shopping with my cousin Valerie (the one who introduced me and Danny) but she couldn't go today because of work. There wasn't really anything in the store flyers that I had to get up super early for, so I was going to go out about 9am. Mom offered to go with me and I was glad so I wouldn't have to be out "in it" alone. Well, she called and cancelled on me. :( But, all wasn't lost. I got a LOT of my shopping done. But it didn't feel the same without Valerie there with me. Next year... Danny already said he'd baby sit... He's going to be a great daddy!! |
| Nov. 24 | Ok... my husband is the SWEETEST most ROMANTIC man in the world. Lately, I go to bed early (I'm doing good if I make it past 9pm!), but I get up really early, like 5:30am! During the week day, I'll just lay in bed until 6am and then go ahead and start my day. But on the weekends, I go in the back room, lay down on the couch and watch TV. (The Foodnetwork!) Well, this past Saturday I went to the back room, and Danny had one of my Valentine teddy bears underneath my blanket, and it was holding the remote control. If you want to see a picture, click here! Is he not the sweetest guy!? We put up our Christmas tree today. It was cool to think that we'll have a little one running around next Christmas "helping" with the tree! :) |
