Web site development and design can vary depending upon the needs of you and your business. Because of the individuality of each project we offer a free, no obligation estimate. We also offer one hour of consultation to our clients and potential clients free of charge. Anything thereafter will incur an hourly charge to be discussed at time of consultation. Prices are guides for approximating a web design package. (All prices are in U.S. dollars.)

We appreciate all referalls! So as a thank you for that referal, you will receive a 10% commission fee if you refer someone and they purchase a website thru us, up to $25.

Web Hosting
We will provide web hosting registration. The fees for web hosting depends on the size of your site. The web host we use is www.hydraenterprises.com. They are very reliable and have a lot of great features that our clients love! Like several email addresses and site statistics. Below are the lists of sizes available. Most of our websites only need Level One. If we find you do need more bandwidth, we will contact you.

• Level One - 100MB/1GB - $10/month
• Level Two - 200 MB / 2 GB - $20/month
• Level Three - 300MB / 3GB - $30/month
• Level Four - 400MB / 4GB - $40/month

Site Maintenance
$25.00 / hour (1 hour minimum).

Shopping Carts
Since each shopping cart is different, each quote will be as well. If you would like a price quote on your shopping cart, please contact us. Training
$25/hour If you would like to maintain your own website, we will create your website using FrontPage software. After the site is completed, we will come out to your place of business and train you. Training begins when we leave our premises and ends when we return.

NOTE: We do not recommend that you update your own website unless you are comfortable using a computer and very familiar with Microsoft Word.

Photos for Website
There is a charge for purchased photos and/or illustrations used. Prices start at $10.00 per photo.

If you would like us to come out and take photos of your property, we charge $25 / per visit.

Scanning photos for your website is $3 / each.

Business Card Design
$25 per side (front / back) of card, this does not include printing. We can have your cards printed for you or send the artwork to the printer of our choice. Samples

Letterhead & Envelopes
We can create your business or personal letterhead and envelopes to match your website and other printed materials. Price does not include printing charges.

Search Engine Ranking and Submission
This feature is free (the first month) with any website built by Web Graphiti. However if you have a website that is not getting noticed by the search engines, we can help you!

$50.00 / month to place your website on the major search engines (ie., Google, etc.). This price also includes a monthly report of your website's SE ranking. To purchase any of these reports separately is $30/each.

If Web Graphiti did not build your site and you are in need of keyword metatags on your site, we charge $25.00 per page.

Photo Alterations
$50.00 / each Samples

Phone Calls
$25/hour - Any phone calls pertaining to training or phone calls lasting more than 15 minutes will be charged $25/hour. Any phone calls of this nature received after normal business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time) or on weekends, will be charged $25/hour.

Non-profit Organizations
All Non-profit Organizations (e.g. schools, churches, youth clubs, etc.) will receive a 10% discount on any service offered by Web Graphiti.

Late Fees
If payment is not received by due date, a late fee of $5/per week will be charged.
